The eCatalystOne Management Team:

This is a team of experienced managers from the high tech arena who have previously worked together and have been successful. The sophisticated wireless Prepaid system they developed and marketed at Subscriber Computing, Inc. is now the leadership product in this highly competitive global market. With strong skills and experience in general management, sales and marketing, and development; this team is well positioned to "build the foundation" for success that such a huge opportunity dictates.

Dennis Andrews: Chairman/CEO

Dennis has 31 years experience in the computer industry. This includes 21 years with IBM including the first 7 years of the explosive IBM PC business. He has been the President and/or CEO of advanced software companies since 1991 including seven plus years in Silicon Valley. He has been in Orange County since 1996 where he was recently the President and CEO of Subscriber Computing which was successfully turned around and sold to Corsair Communications of Palo Alto in 1998.

Dennis says: "What is exciting about eCat1 for me is that we are square in the middle of the ecommerce explosion. We are not another e-tailor or portal but a key infrastructure enabler that will greatly expand the ecommerce opportunity."

Rich Lull: SVP of Business Development

Rich Lull has held numerous sales, marketing and general management positions in the high tech industry, and has served on numerous boards of directors. He is an original investor in eCatalystOne. Most recently Lull was General Manager of the Enterprise Systems division of Sage Software. Prior to that he served as Vice President of Marketing for State of the Art Software.

Lull has consulted with multiple firms in the industry such as Dell Computer, Siebel Systems and RadioMail, a Motorola-backed pioneer in wireless data services. He also held executive positions with GRiD Systems, Fujitsu, and PenUltimate.

Brian Hoshiko: VP of Engineering

Brian has spent over 16 years in software development. Most of that time was spent at Xerox Corporation in Palo Alto where he was involved in the early workstation/PC software and user interface development done by Xerox. Prior to joining eCatalystOne, Brian was VP of Development at Monitoring Automation Systems (a security software provider) and Director of Development at Subscriber Computing responsible for it's wireless fraud detection product and prepaid billing application.

Brian says: "Our technology is leading edge. It is robust, secure and extremely flexible. As an infrastructure provider, our partners are able to easily mold the eCatalystOne offering to their own business models."
