The Board Members:

Dennis Andrews: Chairman/CEO and Co-founder

Dennis has 31 years experience in the computer industry. This includes 21 years with IBM including the first 7 years of the explosive IBM PC business. He has been the President and or CEO of advanced software companies since 1991 including seven plus years in Silicon Valley. He has been in Orange County since 1996 where he was recently the President and CEO of Subscriber Computing which was successfully turned around and sold to Corsair Communications of Palo Alto in 1998. Dennis graduated with honors from Penn State University with a degree in theoretical mathematics. His graduate studies were at Syracuse University and the University of North Carolina, also in theoretical mathematics.

John Seely Brown: Outside Board Member

John is a well-known member of Silicon Valley. As the former head of Xerox Parc and Xerox Chief Scientist, John has been a pioneer in many high tech initiatives including ecommerce. John is an investor and board member of eCatalystOne.

John Seely Brown is the Chief Scientist of Xerox Corporation and the former Director of its Palo Alto Research Center (PARC). At Xerox, Brown has expanded the role of corporate research to include such topics as organizational learning, ethnographies of the workplace, complex adaptive systems and techniques for unfreezing the corporate mind. His personal research interests include digital culture, ubiquitous computing, user-centering design, organizational and individual learning. A major focus of Brown's research over the years has been in human learning and in the management of radical innovation.

Brown holds a degree in Mathematics and Physics from Brown University, and advanced degrees in Mathematics and Computer and Communication sciences from the University of Michigan.

Bruce Hallett: Oustide Board Member

Referred to as "Mr. Dot-com of Orange County". Bruce was the lead Partner of the Orange County offices of Brobeck, Phleger, & Harrison LLP. Bruce is an investor and board member for eCatalystOne and is now a General Partner in Miramar Venture Partners, which he co-founded in 2001.

Mr. Hallett is on the Board of Trustees with the Orange County Museum of Art. Mr. Hallett received his Jurist Doctor from the UCLA School of Law and received his Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude from the University of California at Irvine. Mr. Hallett is a member of the American Bar Association, Business Law Section; California State Bar, Business Law Section; and the Orange County Bar Association, Business and Corporate Law Section.

J. Roger Moody: Outside Board Member

Roger is an experienced CEO and investor. Mr. Moody's career includes executive positions at IBM, AT&T, and CBS. In 1983 Roger went to the entrepreneurial side and was the CEO of four successive startups. Roger retired in 1994 and remains a very active investor in young technology companies and participates on the boards of several companies. Roger as an investor and Board member brings a wealth of operational experience to the company.

Mr. Moody attended Williams College, and received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University. He received an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan. "We are most fortunate to have an experienced executive like Roger Moody join our board", said Chairman Dennis Andrews. "Roger will add operative guidance and provide us with access to an impressive network of executive contacts amassed though his impressive career."
